Spotlight: Frigidaire FLCE752CAW Laundry Center — Full-Size Washer & Dryer in One 27" Footprint, Open-Box from $1,121

If you're finishing a basement suite, outfitting a condo, or replacing an aging stacked unit at the cottage, a laundry center is one of the smartest space-saving buys in appliances. Today we're spotlighting the Frigidaire FLCE752CAW Electric Laundry Center — and right now we have open-box units in stock at $1,121 CAD.

What You Get

The FLCE752CAW combines a full washer and dryer in one white, 27-inch-wide tower — no stacking kits, no mismatched pairs, one plug-and-go installation:

• 4.5 cu. ft. washer with a classic agitator and 10 wash cycles — enough capacity for family-size loads, comforters and bulky items
• 5.5 cu. ft. electric dryer up top, so clothes move straight up from washer to dryer without bending or hauling baskets
• 850 RPM spin speed to wring out more water before drying, cutting dry times and energy use
• Simple mechanical controls — fewer electronics means less to go wrong and easy operation for tenants, in-laws, or rental units

Who It's For

This machine shines anywhere floor space is tight but laundry needs are real: condos and apartments, basement or in-law suites, cottages, and rental properties. Landlords love laundry centers because they're durable, tenant-proof, and serviceable — and the agitator-style washer delivers the familiar, reliable clean many households still prefer. If you've been squeezing by with trips to the laundromat, one 27-inch column solves it.

The Savings Math

Here's where buying open-box pays off. This unit lists at $1,196 new-in-box with us, while comparable laundry centers typically run around $1,500 or more at the big-box stores. Our open-box scratch-and-dent units — fully functional, inspected, and often with only minor cosmetic marks that end up hidden in a laundry closet anyway — are $1,121. That's roughly $375+ back in your pocket versus a big-box purchase, on a machine that washes and dries exactly the same. A small scuff on the side panel has never cleaned a shirt worse.

Why Buy From Oxbury
